How can we help Amazonians make more informed decisions about talent? How can we ensure our talent strategy and guidance is optimized for long-term value? How can we architect insights and systems to anticipate business talent demand and proactively identify and develop talent to fill these future needs? How do we effectively leverage econometrics, predictive algorithms, machine learning, UX design, and world-class product development to answer these critical questions? These are among the most important challenges at Amazon today.

We are looking for a world-class technical product leader to build and grow a product team who will innovate and delight customers. This role is a startup role where the ability to Invent and Simplify, Think Big, and demonstrate Ownership are key. Responsibilities include defining and owning a portfolio of product roadmaps, inspiring team members, partners and customers to contribute to the product vision, setting an elite standard for crisp and articulate written and verbal communication, recruiting high potential team members, establishing and tracking performance metrics, and providing coaching and career development. You will help your team sift through competing priorities and complex requirements to clarify and solidify the roadmap, collaborate with software developers to bring the roadmap to fruition, and define and monitor metrics that measure the success of the product. Success is predicated on high attention to detail, spot-on judgement, and ultimately an unbending predisposition that vigorously advocates for the customer.

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, are passionate about helping those around you reach their fullest human potential, know how to deliver, and view technology as a way to disrupt and reimagine talent management products, processes, and technology, we want to talk to you.
