Job Description
We are currently working with a multi-billion-dollar company that has grown steadily over the past 40 years. As their industry is forecasted to double in size over the next 5 years, they are looking to stay ahead of the challenges that come with having the right inventory in the right place at the right time. Therefore, they are looking for a Sr. Manager of Sales & Operations Planning to roll out and manage the end-to-end S&OP process.

Position Description:
- Refine and run the monthly Sales & Operations Planning process, balancing demand and supply;
- Develop, maintain and generate monthly S&OP KPI scorecard to measure the progress of the process;
- Coordinate all facets of the S&OP process to ensure consistency, standardization, collaboration, and organizational alignment towards the companyâs business objectives;
- Remain current on best S&OP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) practices, and work to continuously evolve the overall process to meet current and future business needs;
- Serve as the Center of Excellence (CoE) and provide S&OP guidance to ensure delivery of tangible results;
- Provide training to local stakeholders on the Sales Planning Tool and the S&OP monthly process, as needed.
Background Required:
- Highly energetic individual with at least 7 years of solid demand planning / supply planning / S&OP / IBP background;
- Strong communication and influencing skills are a must;
- Effective use of Tier-1 planning applications (i.e. APO, JDA, Manugistics, Demantra, i2, Logility, etc.) and MS Excel;
- Bachelor’s required;
- Proven track record of success in similar role.
