Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects, managing timelines, and expectations across workstreams with the Global team
  • Manage media and marketing related workflow between client, Publicis Global Team, and cross-Agency contacts across all Global initiatives including Sponsorships, International Travel Campaigns, and Affluent Campaigns
  • Assist in the understanding and defining of Global projects inclusive of clear objectives and deliverables. Ensure that the ask is within scope, involves all relevant stakeholders and is technically feasible.
  • Align with Strategic Account Lead to set the strategic direction of all projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and Global Team members
  • Create and maintain documents to monitor and track progress, milestones and timelines via spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps
  • Assign, prioritize, and supervise project tasks
  • Ensure that all team members have the required information and resources to carry out their tasks effectively and that tasks are carried out on time.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools, techniques, and KPIs to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Lead daily/weekly status and monitor/update/distribute status documents; attend key meetings and capture/distribute detailed notes with ‘Owners,’ ‘Implications’ and ‘Key Dates’
  • Build and manage relationships with PM and Global Regions with the expressed purpose of being able to collect and share information between Client and Agencies.
  • Act as the primary support resource for Global network management which includes large and diverse teams and projects from the Global Hub (NY) and in concert with Regional Hubs
  • Delegate project tasks based on staff members’ individual strengths and experience
  • Monitor the team’s work time and deliverables on a daily basis
  • Meet with individual team members to find and fix any issues
  • Detect, escalate and help fix issues whenever necessary
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Foster a culture based on accountability, innovation and evolving the norm
  • Implement and manage changes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent and 7+ years of applicable experience
  • Proven working experience in project management and media/marketing
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication, written and verbal
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
  • Resourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with a strong understanding of Excel and PowerPoint
