Responsibilities may include:

Provide support for the preparation and delivery of regular updates to various leadership groups, including but not limited to US Board Meetings, US Executive Committee, Talent Council, Talent leadership, etc.

Actively participate in projects supporting the strategy and priorities driven by the Chief Talent Officer.

Coordinate any activities/events that support CTO priorities.

Understand, monitor, and report on Office of the CTO team priorities and accomplishments.

Use critical thinking skills to review and analyze Talent data to inform leadership reporting.
