SaaS Architect/CTO/Chief Geek

OdinAnswers is obsessed with using the latest technology (AI/ML/NLP) to help some of the largest and smartest companies listen to their customers better. Our patented technology allows us to turn millions of customer comments into understanding. We’ve automated the ability for Direct to Consumer (D2C) companies to analyze and better understand how their customer’s thoughts & feelings are impacting their business – so they can drive significant improvement in their products, operations, marketing, and communication.

As the Chief Geek at OdinAnswers, you’ll be a founding partner in building an industry-changing business. This, like every position in a 10 person startup, requires getting you hands dirty. For this role that means slinging some code.

The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, fantasize about the technical possibilities, be client obsessed, have startup experience and be addicted to the mission of building a company together.

This is a full-time position based in Fairfield Connecticut (remote is possible for the right candidate), reporting directly to the company’s CEO.

What We Need You To Do

• Set the vision for our architecture.

• Build on top of our foundation of Java/OpenNLP/Angular in whatever direction our clients take us.

• Build the companies agile sprint cadence.

• Build a team others will envy.
• Be part of the senior team, collaborate, product managers, and other stakeholders.

Salary: $150,000.00 to $195,000.00 /year

Experience:

• Software Development: 10 years (Preferred)
