PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
Drive culture, guest experience, and operating standards for company sports bars, while maximizing sales and profits.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Build a culture of high performance and accountability which embodies our values and delivers on our brand promise
2. Drive sales and profits through the improvement of operating standards and the guest experience.
3. Achieve financial results equal to or better than Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
4. Supervise and motivate District Managers to uphold standards to meet business objectives and enhance guest and team member experience.
5. Staff the organization with “A” Players. Maintain bench for openings and future growth.

6. Maintain an excellent working knowledge and a high level of proficiency in the performance of all phases of operations.
7. Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local laws, as well as company and brand standards
8. Guide the proper maintenance of, and investment in, all restaurants and ensure the safety of our employees and customers.
9. Insure the development of Certified Training Restaurants and the execution of training programs.
10. Ensure all restaurants maintain safe food handling practices as outlined in our operating procedures and required by regulatory agencies
11. Create an atmosphere where people motivate themselves to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
12. Maintain an attitude of flexibility that allows performance above and beyond the parameters of this position description. Requirements

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Minimum:

  • High School Diploma

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION:
Required Minimum:

  • 10 years restaurant management experience with 6 years at

District Manager level or above.
Preferred:

  • 12 years restaurant management experience with 8 years at District Manager level or above

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS or ABILITIES:

  • Must be self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for teaching others

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, and moves intermittently during working hours. Must also have the ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
