Toll Brothers, America’s leading builder of luxury homes, needs your help! We’re more than just a construction company, and we’re looking for a Project Manager who can do it all for one of our new luxury home communities in Scituate, Massachusetts.

Our Project Managers are key to Toll Brothers being the most profitable homebuilder in the country. As the leader of a production team responsible for delivering exceptional homes in a fast-paces environment, you will be in charge! Think of yourself as the builder of your community, backed by a very well-established and profitable company!


Project Managers are expected to:

  • Maintain excellent relationships with buyers and ensure they receive an exceptional building experience.
  • Oversee all project subcontractors and suppliers to ensure they meet the requirements of their contracts as executed by our central purchasing team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork, in addition to taking responsibility for the construction schedule.
  • Hire, educate, train, and manage your Construction Manager and supporting production personnel, forming a team that will work together and grow to become successful, contributing members of your community.
  • Ensure the quality of production while remaining on or ahead of schedule.

Qualifications

  • Strong homebuilding experience and a highly developed business sense are required
  • Experience leading construction personnel in meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Previous experience in a Project Manager level role
  • A Bachelor’s degree is required
