What does an Office Manager do at Swire Coca-Cola?

The Office Manager is a key member of the local Management Team for the Sales Center; and will work closely with them to ensure successful operations within company policies and procedures. In this role, you and your team are key in providing financial and administrative support to the local Sales Center. This position will report directly to the Division Finance Manager. This position will be located in our Cochise/Sierra Vista, Arizona Sales Center.

Responsibilities include:

  • P&L Reporting, P&L/Payroll analysis
  • Ensure locations are maintaining a strong internal controls environment
  • AP, AR, Reconciliations, month end close (preparing JVs), payroll
  • Helping with annual budgeting process, looking at ways to reduce local cost
  • Key Business Indicator reporting
  • backup for route process administrator (cashiering, route settlement), other duties as needed for sales center.

Requirements:

  • Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
  • With Associate: 2+ years of experience in related office management roles and experience managing expenses to budget. Some experience in managing employees
  • Without degree: 4+ years of experience in related office management roles and experience managing expenses to budget. 2+ years of experience in in supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities: Management, Flexibility, Multitasking, and ability to work well with others
  • Technical Knowledge: SAP (S&D, Finance, AR), Financial Statements, Microsoft Office Products
  • Occasional travel required
