Manufacturing Manager
Exempt Position
Basic Functions and Attributes:
The Manufacturing Manager is accountable for the performance Safety, Quality, Delivery & Cost of all manufacturing functions. This includes leadership and responsibility for the people, processes, materials, equipment and systems within the manufacturing unit.
Essential Duties:
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure quality products in a timely manner.
- Continually analyze and evaluate information to provide effective solutions and/or recommendations to ensure KPI goals are met.
- Implement and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams that support manufacturing.
- Recognize and execute change management initiatives.
- Provide effective report-outs and presentations to various audiences.
- Review and further develop subordinates.
- Identify and facilitate development of potential leaders.
- Ensure compliance to internal policies and procedures.
- Demonstrate professional behavior in-line with leadership competencies.
- Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth.
- Adhere to the Quality Management System and other applicable regulatory requirements.

- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the organization.

Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management or a related field; or experience of such kind and amount as to provide a comparable background required
At least 3 years of industry-related experience including 7 years in leadership roles
Computer proficiency, experience with Microsoft Office Products Word, Outlook, Excel and ERP systems
