2-3 Year Management in training program. This opportunity is for the right individual looking to propel their career path and after 3 years make a six figure salary. You will work under direct supervision of the owner of two businesses with 40+ employees.
You will learn all facets of running a construction company and at the end of training, have a pivotal management role in the company(s).
You will learn a combination of field, office, sales, and management work:
– Sales
– Negotiations
– Networking
– Run a job proforma bid
– Balance a budget
– Put together a sales bid and presentation
– Use CAD design software
– Manage crew(s)
– Work with customers
– Work on both commercial and residential new builds and also remodels
– Learn building techniques and material selections
– Construction scheduling and takeoffs
– Permitting (city and county)
