Role Description
The Sr HR Program Manager will own and drive critical central HR mechanisms through the entire project cycle from initial conception, initiation through to design, test and roll-out of the specific initiatives in a complex and fluid environment. To achieve this, the Snr HR Project Manager will work closely with key subject matter experts and decision-makers across the business on innovative Middle Mile business strategies. This role requires the incumbent to leverage strong stakeholder management skills, being able to influence on different organizational levels, elicit and work with knowledge from across the organization and to define and gain buy in for clear plans of actions in an ambiguous environment. This role is both strategic and hands-on. This role will also own the launch of a business critical project and work across multiple business functions to ensure that key HR components are integrated.

Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of this role will include, but not limited to:

  • Responsible for the scoping, planning and effective execution of the full project cycle, partnering with stakeholders and subject matter experts across the ATS org. Project focus areas include workforce flexibility initiatives as well as initiatives focused on HR optimization, continuous improvement, organizational design and capability.
  • Continually evaluate ideas and solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability. Conduct post-implementation evaluations to understand successes and improvement opportunities for the designed solution.
  • Build and maintain successful partnerships with the Global LH HR team, ATS HR and key business sponsors across the ATS network.
  • Directing, supporting and coaching project(s) leads and team members.
  • Being an expert in HR industry best practices, constantly understanding the pulse on the new trends and initiatives.

  • Degree ideally in Human Resources Management, a business related discipline or Social Sciences
  • Proven experience and expertise in HR within an intense fast paced customer driven environment
  • Substantial and proven hands-on experience in managing complex projects in an international and/or matrix environment with significant involvement in both, design and implementation
  • Workforce Flexibility/Workforce Planning/Rostering
  • Experience working with and influencing project teams to deliver results
  • Application of relevant project management methodologies to organize high volume workload, to prioritize and to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of key HR concepts and processes, trends in HR technology, architecture and operating models.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
