Head of Brand

Must Haves:

1. Bachelor’s Degree

2. At least 8-10 years of marketing/branding experience – preferably in a branding agency

3. Previous Account/Marketing Director working especially with branding

4. Previous experience of building clients brand, implementation and management of entire product marketing cycle

5. Previous branding experience for a company from the ground up

6. Has worked as a specialist in content, design, copyright, PR and Social Media

7. Someone who understands how to take consumer research, analysis, and “brand playbook” building off what we’ve already done, and bring it to reality by implementing and managing branding efforts across all consumer touchpoints including:

– Company Website

– Company Phone App

– Managing Social Media account from a branding perspective

– PR

– Image creative content for buys

– Video creative content for buys

– Company apparel for employees

– Reinventing company brand/name

What will you be doing?

– For the Head of Brand we are looking for someone who ideally has worked for a start-up or small company and has been able to successfully build brand from the ground up.

– This person has experience with exclusively building a brand, the entire marketing cycle, implementation, and supervision of projects and the department.

– You would be one of the high level roles in the Marketing Department.

– This is a newer company that is growing and expanding very fast. The opportunities are endless for this role.

– This person would have full autonomy to build out a consumer brand from scratch as you see fit. You would lead and direct entire marketing/branding strategies for the company.

– We need someone that is excited about a startup and can roll with the punches and with frequent changes that come with a startup.

– Most importantly, unlike some other rapidly rising startups, this one is in healthcare. We have a model that has a good chance to fundamentally change the controversial and under-innovated health care industry in the US that will overtime save the system billions and billions of dollars. All while providing tons of Americans more health care access than ever before.
