Rockin’ Jump Las Cruces seeks an ambitious General Manager to take over store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring staff, training new recruits, budgeting expenses and managing customer care.
ROCKIN’ JUMP trampoline park is unlike any other work opportunity you will find. Responsibilities:
- Find new ways to promote Rockin Jump through community events
- Remain accountable for all profit and loss figures
- Delegate responsibilities to staff
- Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards
Requirements:
- 5+ Years Managerial Experience
- Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
