Rockin’ Jump Las Cruces seeks an ambitious General Manager to take over store operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring staff, training new recruits, budgeting expenses and managing customer care.
ROCKIN’ JUMP trampoline park is unlike any other work opportunity you will find. We’re not a gym, yet we provide a strenuous workout environment where you can help people young and old get into shape with exercise disguised as fun. As a member of our ROCKIN’ Staff, YOU are the front line in our customer service program. Without the daily effort staff like you put in, there would be no ROCKIN’ JUMP. We’re not a rigid schoolyard where our guests can’t try out some crazy acrobatics, yet we rely on out staff to ensure everyone knows their limits and plays as safely as possible.

Responsibilities:

  • Find new ways to promote Rockin Jump through community events
  • Remain accountable for all profit and loss figures
  • Delegate responsibilities to staff
  • Maintain top quality assurance and customer service standards

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years Managerial Experience
  • Ability to coach, train and motivate employees
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
