Job Description

Unifire is looking for an Executive-level Vice President of Sales. This executive leader will report to the company president. The role will manage and support operational and program level sales throughout all DOD, Federal and international vertical markets. They will be responsible for working with the president to build and manage each vertical.They will support business development and sales by working within the team growing the developed verticals. This will include direct sales calls, attending trade shows, developing and implementing long term capture plans for each vertical. Reporting back to the company on progress and requesting support. Interface and know company systems. Will understand and have reporting processes in place for vertical accountability. Set and capture mid and long term goals.

This leader will be a forward thinking, action-oriented individual who will be comfortable building out a team. This opportunity is long term and Unifire is in a rare transition phase. This represents a great opportunity to join the team at the beginning and build to our shared long-term company goals.

Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Strong government contracting experience and knowledge of FAR/DFAR required
  • Minimum of 10 years building and running a team in the market segment.
  • Military service preferred.
  • Fluent with standard operating software like Microsoft Office, Salesforce and NetSuite.
  • Portfolio of relationships within DOD and Industry.
