Executive Assistant to the CTO

We are searching for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). This is a brand new position and duties subject to change. In this role you will be primarily responsible for assisting the CTO in organizing his day, projects, calendar, department, etc.

Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

Keep up to date records on all projects utilizing the Microsoft project planner.

Establish a tracking system for all trademarks.

Keep a current calendar of travel, appointments, meetings, etc. of the CTO and his staff.

Keep track of third-party contract status.

Be available to assist upper management as needed.

Other duties as assigned.
