Position Summary: Manages day-to-day operations in the center. Works to grow center’s business and to achieve or exceed annual financial goals while delivering on CareSpot’s high standards of employee and patient safety, satisfaction, and service. Responsible for in-clinic execution of CareSpot business, clinical and marketing programs, and ensures that CareSpot operational procedures and clinical standards are met.

Oversees all day to day center operations, including staffing, patient flow and adherence to operational and clinical standards, and identifies opportunities for improvement within the center

Ensures resources are available, including supplies and necessary equipment for effective center operations

Reviews center’s financial statements and operating scorecards to ensure success of center, identify areas for improvement, and ensure the center is tracking to meet annual goals. Where necessary,
works with Regional Director and/or corporate functions to resolve pending issues

Acts with honesty and integrity in all business transactions, including, but not limited to, employment applications/resumes, patient records, and financial transactions

Performs other duties as assigned
Required Skills
- Strong communication and coaching abilities
Required Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 years of manager experience – preferably in healthcare environment
- 3 years healthcare/customer service industry experience preferred
