Responsibilities
- Serve as a key representative of the Due Diligence team in dealings with clients, particularly strategic clients, working with partners in Sales and Product, to ensure optimal, efficient engagement of the research team post sale.
- Define and oversee implementation of workflows for the DD team (including effective mailbox policies), aligning delivery processes with global product standards.
- Develop methodologies and processes relating to report delivery and client/sales communication that enables quality service and products across regions.
- Serve as DD team representative on tool development or other tech projects involving Engineering, ANR or Product teams. Ensure project milestones are met through careful management of testing resources and collection of team feedback and bug reporting.
- Provide clear, responsive and proactive communication to clients, ensuring requests from clients and prospective clients are dealt with effectively and in a timely way.
- With the Head of Due Diligence, determine the best research/quality team representatives to liaise with clients and determine when to involve other stakeholders for specific projects or meetings, if required.
- Manage ad-hoc client projects that fall outside of the usual DD scope.
- Support recruitment, training and onboarding tasks globally as needed.
- Together with the Head of Due DIligence, serve as the point of contact with Product for assessing product enhancements in planning and production.
- Working with the Head of Due DIligence, Senior Manager, Quality and other DD managers to identify and prioritise areas where changes are required based on client requirements and feedback
- Together with the Head of Due Diligence and Produce ensure the unique value proposition of due diligence research is communicated to internal and external customers.
- Improve an/or enhance training on research/quality initiatives and programmes for DD, R&C and external vendors.
- Assisting the DD Business Director and the Product team with content-related questions in Requests for Proposal (RFPs).
