Inviting applications for the role of AVP, Indirect Sourcing Global Governance Leader


In this role, you will be responsible for delivering the metrics program for the BSA. You will also manage and develop a team of Indirect focals to ensure constant customer alignment and satisfaction.


Responsibilities


Providing support to Customer Group in accordance with the issue management process;

Partnering with customer on Policy input and training indirect team on changes.

Interfacing as needed with Customer;

Providing training and overall understanding of the BSA contracts

Understanding materials contained in the Procedures Manual, as it may be amended from time to time, and periodically reviewing, analyzing and updating the Procedures Manual as necessary to maintain currency and accuracy of all information contained therein and upon Customer’s request, as well as relaying all information to Customer as required for its approval;

Maintaining Sourcing related Enterprise standard documentation and process guidelines
Constructing the performance reports and leading the monthly reporting;

Monitoring all Service Levels and contractual commitments;

Monitoring that assigned processes are performing at or above expected Service Levels;

Providing all Service Level reporting to the service control function;

Analyzing all performance reports for the particular functional area;

Developing required reports or reviewing required reports developed by members of the Service Delivery Organization, and analyzing data associated with the functional area;

Introducing Genpact’s processes and delivery models to the account, modifying them to meet Customer standards and overseeing that such methodology is implemented;

Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in providing the Services;

Overseeing that operational and business assurance processes exist and are properly implemented, and that audits are performed for Genpact-operated systems to ensure the accuracy and reliability of such processes as required pursuant to the BSA;

Providing training as required by the BSA;

Providing process ownership for Service delivery processes;

Leading Genpact’s quality assurance function;

Implementing the customer satisfaction surveys

Overseeing the implementation and execution of the Business Continuity Plan;

Ability to work in team and lead large team to drive business and organizational goals

Ability to coach, mentor and guide team members for their professional growth and development

Partnering with Genpact Indirect vertical to develop commercial strategy with additional client base


Qualifications
Minimum qualifications


College degree from an accredited university or high school diploma or equivalent with meaningful work experience in lieu of degree;

Significant working experience and exposure to Program Management

Project/program management skills with demonstrated track record of successfully managing complex, high impact multi discipline projects across multiple geographies

Comprehensive knowledge of process improvement tools and techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, Fastworks

Facilitation and presentation skills, able to communicate across all levels of the organization


Preferred qualifications


Quality/Six Sigma accreditation and/or other formal project management training

Operational / line management experience in shared services operations

Indirect sourcing background and experience
