Responsibilities
The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for managing the budget, milestones and staff for multiple clients across our market verticals. The PL position is a demanding, multi-faceted job requiring the skills of an experienced leader, manager, business developer, and subject matter expert skilled in project management. Key responsibilities include:
Leadership: Lead and mentor a group of talented consultants with varying levels of experience and background; build capacity of staff to advance the business in a way that aligns to the firmâs strategic plan; mentor junior staff, and participate in corporate initiatives as needed/requested.
Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of high quality deliverables, on time and within budget, while establishing project efficiencies and managing key client relationships to ensure client satisfaction. Drive efficiencies in execution of a firm fixed price contract while maintaining a high level of performance.
Administration: Comply with all administrative corporate reporting and compliance requirements.
Technical: Deep experience with advanced analytics techniques (e.g., modeling and simulation, data science, predictive analytics, algorithmic development) and experimental mindset for approaching problems.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience of 15+ years managing people and projects of at least $50M annually
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or STEM discipline preferred
- Demonstrated ability in the successful management of both small and large-scale consulting projects. This includes all aspects of project capture, bid and proposal, pricing, project initiation, execution, and closeout.
- Demonstrated command of the core principles of effective management and leadership, including the ability to effectively prioritize, delegate, and manage competing priorities and a multitude of ongoing administrative, client delivery, and business development-related tasks.
