Vice President Services

Position Overview: We are seeking a seasoned executive with a successful track record of leading a high growth professional services team. Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for building out our best-in-class professional services team.

From software hacking to hardware hacking, we help secure everything from cryptocurrency exchanges to autonomous vehicles and the medical devices. We are seeking an individual that understands the professional and personal growth attached to this opportunity and who has the corresponding internal drive to maximize it.

Core responsibilities:

• Manage objectives and key results of the services organization
• Maniacal focus on client satisfaction during service delivery
• Oversee engagement schedule and resource utilization
• Manage profitability and loss of the services organization
• Coach and mentor managers and oversee team’s professional growth
• Recruit, develop, and retain a world-class services team
• Assist sales in identifying and closing new business opportunities
• Streamline existing core offerings and roll out new service offeringsRequired qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in the IT and some in cybersecurity industry
• 5+ years of management experience
• Broad and deep understanding of the security industry
• Prior track record of managing a high growth services organization
• Experience in organizational design, objective setting, incentive plans
• Executive-level communication skills both written and oralDesired qualifications:

• Bachelor’s / Masters degree (preferably in Computer Science/Engineering / Business or equivalent)
