Here’s Where You Come In

We are currently seeking a Vice President to lead and mentor our growing Personal Insurance & Commercial Insurance Group team. You will have management and profit & loss accountabilities for all Commercial Lines ISG and Personal Lines service operations. The sales operations for these profit centers are managed by the Sales organization.

Essential duties and responsibilities of this role are –

Manage the acquisition, onboarding, training and development of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines ISG personnel to maintain the highest quality professional service teams.

Ensure that Personal Lines and Commercial Lines ISG service teams consistently deliver high quality and timely service to our clients.

Ensure that all carrier service centers and outsourced service providers deliver high quality and timely service to our clients.

Provide expert leadership and mentoring to Personal Lines and Commercial Lines ISG management, supervisors and team leaders, and measure and manage their performance to achieve strategic objectives, key business plan priorities, and compliance with HUB best practices and broker standards, proper BMS system utilization, and compliance with HUB workflows and business processes.

Develop and ensure execution of strategies that align with the strategic goals of the company.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with Sales Management, Sales Leaders, Producers and other key staff.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with our carrier partners.

Support the HUB Northwest EMT in the development and execution of strategic priorities and business plan objectives.

Drive collaboration and teamwork with other profit center and segment leaders and the NOW EMT and senior leadership team.

Work Experience Requirements

Five to ten years managing a P&C service operation, including prior experience directly managing client servicing relationships

Licensed P&C insurance agent with a comprehensive knowledge of commercial insurance

Five to ten years of experience using broker management systems and tools, including complementary paper client file management techniques

Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach

Licensing OR Certification Requirements

Property and Casualty insurance license

Current with all necessary CE credits in required lines and states.

Professional designation or pursuit of one is highly desirable (e.g. AAI, ARM, CIC)
