Responsibilities

  • Pre-qualify “Early Adopters” by visiting dealerships
  • Leverage current relationships within the space to establish Pilot Stores
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual quotas
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed

Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in sales, in the Automotive Software industry
  • Significant Network of relevant Decision Makers in the Automotive Space
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented
  • Deep understanding of how a dealership functions, especially the service department.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Commission

Salary: $50,000.00 to $150,000.00 /year
