Required Skills and Experience:
College degree or equivalent experience
8+ years experience in operations, preferably in foodservice/ distribution
Proficient with all Microsoft Office Suites
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test.

Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
Providing daily support to facilitate the optimal use of resources to achieve internal/external customer satisfaction, productivity, schedule adherence and economic goals.
Serve as a highly motivated leader and quick thinker that possess the ability to interact with a host of different personalities.
Strong work ethic.
Work with other departments to attain growth goals.
P&L responsibilities.
Supervise the activities of workers engaged inreceiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materials.
Highly organized, detail orientated and capable of multi-tasking.
Confer with department heads to coordinate warehouse activities such as production, sales, records control,or purchasing.
Manage various day-to-day facets of delivery transportation.
Ensure employees are following all safety policies and procedures in compliance with DOT regulations.
Ability to take ownership and be accountable for issue resolution and general customer satisfaction.
Act as a mentor for all department employees and foster a positive work environment.
Other projects or duties as assigned.
