This role requires a strong Finance leader with a demonstrated track record of piecing together data from a variety of work streams to build a complete picture of where the business is both on a revenue and cost basis, leading the combined teams to provide deep insights to enable business decisions. Experience with financial and planning system implementation is preferred. This individual will serve as a key member of the corporate finance team and drive all strategic planning, financial planning, business modeling, forecasting and management reporting activities in partnership with the CFO.
What you’ll do…
Partner with the CFO and senior leadership to identify and execute actions that drive profitable growth, gain market share, improve operational efficiencies and increase productivity.
Lead the 60+ employee operational finance teams: Program finance organization and the Sector Finance Managers.
Own all the business intelligence that corporate and field teams use to gain insight into the operations of the business.
Participate and advise on future year planning and strategy activities and provide thought leadership around understanding business drivers and their impact.
Oversee modeling for new product / services introduction and quantify business needs and support with justifiable ROI.
Prepare proactive reporting and analysis of key performance measurement indicators including revenue and expense drivers, portfolio mix and economic indices.
Identify issues and opportunities to improve financial processes and implement recommended solutions.
Lead FPFP across the organization, partnering cross-functionally with leadership to develop and implement strategic business plans and operating initiatives.
Lead management reporting, including KPI’s, dashboards, business trends, flash reporting, monthly reporting packages, variance analysis, cash forecasting, quarterly business reviews, and ad hoc needs for both management and the private equity owners.
Lead implementation of corporate planning and BI systems and management of associated reporting and processes.
Deliver financial updates, performance analyses and rolling forecasts in accordance with defined reporting cadences.
Maintain the strategic financial plan and business model.
Support the monthly accounting close process with detailed monthly financial analyses.

You have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
You have 15 – 20 years of relevant experience, preferably in both sector and corporate roles.
You have proven ability to deliver high-quality financial analysis to provide executive team with relevant information in support of business operations and decision-making.
You have advanced knowledge of Costpoint and proficiency with IBM Budgeting and Planning System.
You are an effective communicator with the ability to work with all levels and functions within the organization.
You are self-directed, resourceful and collaborative. Able to drive projects and analysis to closure in a matrixed environment.
You have demonstrated business acumen with experience in developing innovative solutions and a successful record of problem-solving.
You are adept at financial modeling, using Excel for scenario analysis and strategic plans. Must be able to develop assumptions and model their implications.
You have high integrity with strong organizational, management, training and development experience and strong interpersonal skills.
