The Vice President of Contracting / Revenue Cycle promotes the success of Pine Rest through the continued development, coordination and execution of corporate contracts and reimbursement. Decisions made and actions taken in this capacity have the power to affect the entire organization. The contracting authority vested in this position will determine the revenue profile of the organization over the contract period. This position must demonstrate excellent customer service and have enthusiasm about the program and the Pine Rest organization. This position is an ambassador for Pine Rest in that they will be representing the value of Pine Rest and our clinical services in multiple contracting and payer settings.

Minimum Requirements
Education, Training, and Experience:
- Bachelorâs degree in a related field is required; Masterâs degree preferred.
- At least five (5) years of senior level management experience that includes responsibility for program management, long-range planning, budget preparation and authority, and supervision, preferably in an organization or agency providing many diverse services.
- Familiarity with negotiating financial terms and the ability to review and understand contracts and other documents at an expert level.
