As part of Macquarie Capital’s Green Investment Group, you will be making principal investments directly from Macquarie’s balance sheet into energy assets and platforms that accelerate the transition to a greener global economy. You will work to provide a full range of solutions including development and construction equity, restructuring capital, and raising project finance debt and tax equity.
As a Vice President, you will help lead transactions across the green energy space including utility scale solar and wind, distributed energy solutions, waste and bioenergy, battery storage, and offshore wind. You will oversee sector and market research analysis, participate in diligence processes and transaction documentation, lead the design and production of presentations, investment papers and other analysis for internal and external audiences.

You will need to bring to this role:
- 6+ years of experience preferably focused in Energy M&A, project finance and / or investment
- The ability to fully oversee the execution of transactions with a proven track record and deal experience
- Experience negotiating transaction documentation (i.e. SHA, EPC, OM, etc.) and crafting information memorandum
- A genuine desire to join a collegial, growing, and entrepreneurial team dedicated to supporting the transition to a Green economy
- A deep understanding of financial services, accounting, and finance
- The ability to thrive in a fast paced and challenging work environment
- A strong attention to detail and exceptional work ethic as well as project management skills
- Experience working well under pressure
- Have a strong desire to collaborate extensively across the firm
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications and financial modelling
