Candidates must have the following credentials and qualities:

Experience running a large health club with multiple revenue streams and running sales department.

5-to-10 years of professional experience as well as 4+ years of managerial experience and/or sales experience.

Review annual financial budget, capital expenditures, and respective business plan

Overall business and financial management

Improve efficiency and profitability of the company

Oversee all program revenue goals

Maximize member retention

Proven ability to hire, direct, coach, train, and evaluate staff

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to use new techniques, ideas, and problem solving skills
