Vice President, Education
KLRN, the public television station serving San Antonio and South Central Texas, is seeking an exceptional team player, leader and motivator to drive the station’s educational and community engagement services.
The ideal candidate will: demonstrate a successful track record of achieving results, possess strong leadership and grant writing skills, be able to foster strategic community partnerships, and have a deep understanding of evaluating effectiveness of projects that provide educational enrichment. The ability to work closely with staff and management team is essential.
Bachelorâs degree in related field and fluent in Spanish and English required, masterâs degree preferred. Knowledge and existing relationships with the San Antonio and surrounding area education, community stakeholders, and business communities is preferred. Awareness of PBS and KLRN educational resources a plus. Must be able to work evenings and some weekends. No phone calls please.
