Digidoc Inc is looking for a Project Manager to manage a project that works on modernizing DC Child and Family Services Agency current system “FACES”.

The projects goals are the following:

  • The first goal is to streamline CFSA’s business processes and workflows.
  • The second goal is to integrate with Federal, District and CFSA’s internal and collaborative partner systems and data repositories.
  • The third goal is to present an intuitive, secure, reliable and accurate user interface that supports case, client and family-centric views of CFSA’s client care and staff workload, wherever their staff, clients, and community need access to the information to serve and protect the District’s children and families in need.
  • The fourth goal is to seamlessly transition from CFSA’s current CCWIS (FACES) built and maintained for the past 20 years to the new CCWIS.
  • The fifth goal is to minimize manual data entry by social workers to increase time spent with children and families.

Project Manager – The project manager is a full-time role dedicated to the project, requiring a person with a minimum of seven (7) years of product development and implementation experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience performing the role in the child welfare domain. This resource is responsible for day-to-day management of tasks and project schedule.

The identified resources shall have relevant certifications from external organizations that test for SCRUM ability and/or have minimum of five (5) years of experience leading development teams using a SCRUM methodology. For platform, product and/or COTS solutions, the personnel shall have at least the previous two (2) years working directly with Microsoft Dynamics.
