Arguindegui Oil Companies, a well-established oil services company with over 75 years in the industry, is currently hiring for a Terminal Manager.
Supervise AOC operations personnel Assists sales team with reports and pricing Keep current daily weighted average for all terminals Support customer service department Check daily inventory for Odessa Terminal and determine what product is needed Develop and maintain solid customer base. Check the oil levels at customer locations and report to Dispatch. Ensure all operations personnel are operating in a safe manner, wearing proper PPE and following procedures. Management responsibility for customer fulfillment and operational excellence Implement and Oversee training program for new and current employees Manage OT in the terminal operations Manage Operations Budgets Oversee and follow up with all incidents. Foster growth and development of AOC safety culture among all employees Routine communication and coordination with Customer Service Department Work off hours as needed and after hours calls and respond to terminal as needed Continuously look for better and more efficient ways to improve operations Assist Vice President as needed Anything that is assigned by immediate supervisor.
