To support the company growth, RTO National is currently recruiting for a Technology Project Manager.

The primary goal of the Technology Project Manager is to work with our team of application developers to increase their efficiency and focus by managing relationships and projects with operations teams and coordinating activities with the development team. This role will help track progress on development schedules and priorities. The Technology Project Manager will play a vital role in almost all areas of the business by researching, managing and coordinating vital projects. This role will be key to the company more effectively executing on multiple small and large projects.
The existing senior management team works together to make each business unit successful. The individual taking this position will be part of a senior management team that is driven to make all those around us successful.
This position will play a key role in helping the company better execute on our technology strategy, and thus overall operational strategy.
· Discuss with senior managers the needs of their groups, organize those ideas, and regularly meet with the President of the company and Director of Development to set priorities.
· Research, when necessary, specific applications with staff members to create detailed scopes of work for different projects and tasks. These job scopes will help the company better define our priorities and help the development team more efficiently create the necessary applications.
· Work with developers to create expected timelines for development, track those agreed to timelines, and communicate those expectations, along with progress updates, to the necessary stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have 10 years’ experience in project management. They must have specific project management experience around technology/software development. They must have worked with teams writing code to be conversant in how the development process works.
This position requires a bachelor’s degree.
