Sourcing is a core strategic driver of Facebookâs success. Our Sourcing community is challenging traditional recruiting methods and constantly seeking ways to build a great experience for our candidates, as well as building efficiencies and strategy into hiring the talent that our internal partners need in order to drive business objectives. We have a world-class team working together to help drive our ambitions and scale to the next level. As a member of our Go-to-Market Sourcing team, under COO Recruiting, the Sourcer works closely with our Recruiters and hiring teams to develop top-of-funnel strategies to find talent across a variety of business functions in GMS and Business Partnerships. The ideal candidate for this position will need to be data-savvy, with deep insight and understanding of how to analyze and influence through data. You will also need to demonstrate a passion for driving consultative relationships and communication with cross-functional partners at all levels. Weâre seeking a truly dynamic Sourcer, who brings a level of motivation, curiosity and scrappiness to our team in order for us to continue driving best practices and push the needle on creative strategies. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for building and cultivating talent pipelines for our hiring needs and will be instrumental in our ability to scale our business, working towards our mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Work closely with Recruiters and hiring teams to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization

Partner with Coordinators and Recruiters to manage an efficient model of operation

Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns

Use creative sourcing techniques to find and engage great talent

Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit

Regularly track pipeline activity to share with internal stakeholders

Recommend and drive improvements that impact local pipeline areas

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
-
5+ years sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house recruiting team
-
Experience working with and building sourcing strategies with hiring managers

Research/sourcing experience with experience dicing into search strategies

Experience using data to drive/influence decisions

Experience approaching candidates

Experience working in a team-based environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of sourcing experience in-house recruiting team

BA/BS degree
