Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelorâs Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Corporate Restructuring or Deal Transaction area AND
- Project management experience
- People management experience
- Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting the business
- Experience leading project and strategic management
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA
- ACA
- CFA
- Excellent knowledge and understanding of large corporate entities
- Project management experience
- People management experience
- Experience working with key stakeholders to identify the best solutions for the business
