Senior Restructuring Manager, Vice President

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10 or more years of experience in the Insurance or Corporate Restructuring or Deal Transaction area AND
• Project management experience
• People management experience
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory issues affecting the business
• Experience leading project and strategic management

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPA
• ACA
• CFA
• Excellent knowledge and understanding of large corporate entities
• Project management experience
• People management experience
• Experience working with key stakeholders to identify the best solutions for the business
