We are seeking a dynamic and results oriented individual to lead Rosecrance Jackson Recovery Centers in Sioux City, Iowa. Rosecrance Jackson Recovery Centers is a private not-for-profit organization offering behavioral health services for children, adolescents, adults and families throughout Northwest Iowa. Current services include treatment for substance use disorder for adolescents and adults, including prevention, intervention, detoxification, inpatient and outpatient services.
The Regional President must be a visionary and forward thinking. This individual will develop and execute strategies to target new clients to generate incremental business. In addition, develop and maintain long term relationships with a variety of external and internal stakeholders. Other duties and responsibilities include: assuming financial accountability, establish and implement short- and long-range organizational goals, objectives, strategic plans, policies, and operating procedures; monitors and evaluates programmatic and operational effectiveness, and effects changes required for improvement. Ensure the business meets all regulatory requirements. Assure Rosecrance brand and best practices that we are known for are carried throughout in the Rosecrance Jackson Centers. Strategically assess and identify trends to integrate into our services we provide to enhance and expand programs.
We require the following qualifications: A person who aligns with our vision, mission and values. Our key values include honesty, integrity, compassion and excellence. Have minimum of 7 yearsâ experience in behavioral health treatment. A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field, Psy D and license preferred. Someone who can hit the ground running.
