Position Description:

We are looking for a Customer Project Manager, who has experience in Project Management, end-to-end server hardware development and deployment, team leadership, and direct customer engagement, to serve Hyperscale customers.
- Apply Project Management techniques and experience to set up and lead a team in the engagement and execution of all aspects of a large Cloud Data Center customer
- Be comfortable with daily customer engagement
- Create customer onboarding activity plans according to customer business requirements
- Manage all key ongoing activities of a single customer (bidding, contracts, schedules, score cards)
- Build an effective dashboard to report status weekly with clarity to team and executives; highlight issues with clear what/when/who, drive all necessary actions to keep things running on track
- Customer focal point regarding process related matters
- Hold regular account meetings to align status with end-to-end cross functions
- Work with Product Marketing, Development Manager, and Sales to build effective customer engagements
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology discipline
- 7+ years of work experience in a leadership role in project management in the server Data Center industry
- Customer engagement experience
- HyperScale experience is preferred
- Hardware Development technical background is highly preferred
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams, in complicated projects, across different time zones
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Project Management certification and experience
