Location: Baltimore, MD
Duration: 6 Month Contract with strong potential for perm

Summary:

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to lead and manage the Lifecycle project delivery. The Sr. Project Manager will direct the scope, communicate with customers, relationship managers, implementation teams, and manage the project to completion.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day-to-day coordination of items in the governance process and communicate decisions back to team members.
  • Aggregation, analysis & documentation of all project data to all executives, stakeholders & clients
  • Responsible for coordination of resources (internal and external, onshore and offshore)
  • Manage scope, assess resource needs, and document assigned projects.
  • Preparations of all project data to report out to all executives, stakeholders & clients
  • Provide regular report-outs to leadership team on project progress and process results
  • Collaborate closely with all team members and be a communication bridge between the business and IT organizations.
  • Track success metrics and KPIs, to support status reporting and decision making
  • Manage conflict between teams, and through mediation reach compromises from all parties involved.
  • Maintain detailed records & metrics for all project implementation steps
  • Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement
  • Ability to motivate coworkers through implementations
  • Travel as required to support client and internal business requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of Project Management Experience
  • A solid background of experience and an impressive record of innovation and attainment of goals in complex organizations, especially in a global enterprise environment and matrix organizations.
  • Experience in directing and managing within a dynamic and challenging environment, working inclusively through people to achieve shared objectives.
  • Strong knowledge of numerous full lifecycle implementations as well as different Methodologies, experience in Agile preferred.
  • Comfortable with language barriers, Portuguese preferred
  • Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal
