We are looking to candidate to help with some recruiting related program management work on the business side in Cosine Dev. PM skills are the most important thing but I would love to find someone who has some knowledge of recruiting at MS, as that will help them in getting up to speed and productive quickly. Essentially the role will be trying to get our hiring managers plugged into any and all programs in recruiting and help remove bottlenecks and create efficient processes to enable us to meet some aggressive hiring targets.
Knowledge/familiarity with Headtrax, iCIMS, and DaVinci would be a plus. Knowledge of hiring practices would also be a plus.
This will be a Redmond based position, primarily offsite but may need to be in MS facilities a couple days a week for meetings.
