Summary: This role leads the branch to acquire and drive business opportunities in the local market by building a strong sales and service team that can drive revenue opportunities while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. By developing local marketing efforts, you will drive national initiatives to grow local business though in-branch customer meetings, seminars, lead utilization, and local marketing.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
· Manages the day to day operations of the branch, as well as manage the MLO production.
· Develop and maintain successful relationships with realtor and builder partners,
· Responsible for meeting capture requirements.
· Motivate team members and lead by example.
· Responsible for staffing needs for the branch.
· Responsible for managing profit and loss for branch.
· Generates new mortgage loan applications and retains existing business by developing relationships within the local community. Makes weekly sales calls to develop new business and retain existing business.
· Keeps abreast of and complies with all federal, state and local laws and regulations, investor and government agency requirements and guidelines, as well as all company policies and procedures.
· Serves as primary contact with all parties throughout loan process.
· Attends sales meetings and provides education on various loan products and programs to increase sales.
· Performs other duties as assigned by management.
