Job Description:

1. Assist the President in business negotiation and project coordination;

2. Able to carry out analysis for the real estate investment projects and provide effective suggestions;

3. Assist the President with daily work;

Desired skills and experience:

1. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English;

2. Bachelor degree in Real Estate Construction, Finance, Economics and Accounting;

3. Honest, responsible, excellent organization and coordination skills;

4. Able to travel domestically and internationally;

5. Accounting background is preferred;
