Operations Manager/Project Manager- Fort Worth, TX

Ace Pipe Cleaning, Inc. is a leader in the field of trench less rehabilitation in the United States, and is part of the Carylon Corporation, which includes over twenty companies that provide various environmental maintenance services across the country. Our headquarters is located in Kansas City, MO and the company has branch operations in St. Louis, Fort Worth, San Antonio and Nashville.

Services which the company provides include:

· Closed Circuit Television Inspection of sewers, drain pipes and structures * Infiltration/Inflow studies of sewer/drain systems * Trench less pipeline rehabilitation of sewer/drain structures

We are looking for an Operations Manager/Project Manager with a construction management background to assist in the Fort Worth, Texas area.

The individual in this position will perform their duties under the supervision of Senior management, provide technical support to project staff, review plans and other technical documents, answer questions regarding the scope and/or timing of the project and monitor costs and project progress.

Candidates must possess some knowledge of construction scheduling software and be experienced in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint.

Qualified candidates will work on all tasks relating to project management duties involving our company’s range of environmental services. Some of the tasks that the potential Project Manager/Operations Manager will be undertaking are:

· Manage and Improve operational practices

· Allocate labor and material resources to meet projected deadlines

· Track and forecast operational trends

· Provide daily operational feedback to Corporate Managers and outside teams

· Project Calculations as Needed: Quantity take off – Material Procurement/Inventories

· Field Work: Crew and Project supervision.

· Office work: Emails correspondence with clients and teams, Estimates, Scheduling, QA/QC

Qualifications:

· 5+ years related field construction management experience.

· Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

· Strong focus on customer satisfaction required.

· Overnight travel may be required up to 40%.
