Job Description

As a key member of the design/management team, you will be responsible for a full range of activities to ensure accurate job estimates, provide excellent customer service, while overseeing production.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly develop customer leads from the office, seek and develop new leads as required to maintain sales goals.
  • Meet with customer to determine needs and ideas, inspect the site, discuss budget and define objectives.
  • Create an attractive landscape design that meets customer needs.
  • Create an estimate, keeping the customers budget in mind and presenting it in a timely manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 Years of Industry Experience.
  • Ability to use PC and widely used business software packages, e.g., 3-D design and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of the technical requirements to produce sound designs.
  • Have a good eye for details.
  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.
  • Understanding of landscape installation and construction methods.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
  • Landscape Design: 3 years (Preferred)

  • Multilingual: 1 year (Preferred)
