Redfin’s HR team is looking for a top-notch Talent and Learning Development executive to own important strategic programs such as Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Leadership Development. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to implement programs and strategy from the ground up to support key business goals and strategies. You and your team will be on point for managing program stakeholders from all parts of the business and aligning their interests, and you’ll ensure flawless execution of those programs. As the leader of this team, your responsibilities will include:

Design and implement scalable programs for Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Engagement, Talent Management and Leadership Development based on traditional learning, experimenting with creative approaches, best practices, and Redfin’s values -
Lead team that builds out designs, plans, and timelines to lead projects end-to-end, while clearly explaining complex concepts, clarifying context, and defining requirements and process steps in a fast-paced environment -
Create and deliver organizational and team effectiveness tools and programs, increasing accountability and quality of managers, tracking success metrics and adjusting programs accordingly -
Develop effective relationships across all business levels and regions, facilitating discussions across teams to determine process owners and proactively deliver results against commitments -
Leverage and expand existing technology solutions, including an LMS to deliver innovative and cost-effective learning, with a focus on continual development of our leadership -
Promote a mentality around change management, accountability and Train-the Trainer for learning programs, leveraging business management, Real Estate Operations, and HR Business Partners -
Partner with HR Business Partners to support local and national HR initiatives
Who you are
-
5+ years of relevant Talent and Leadership Development experience. Additional experience in other HR disciplines, or Marketing/Corporate Communications is advantageous -
A minimum of 3 years experience managing a team -
A track record of success leading strategic programs and initiatives with effective design and delivery of technical, professional, sales and leadership development learning solutions -
Strong facilitation skills in a classroom and virtual environment -
Strong project management experience, including national implementation -
Excellent communication skills, written and oral -
Strategy and planning experience as well as tactical design and delivery -
Track record of forming close business relationships with partners and stakeholders -
Experience working across multiple locations -
Comfortable with changing tasks/priorities quickly in an ever-changing/demanding environment -
BA/BS in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
