Job Summary:
We are searching for a presales leader to help drive growth in the Support and Repair business through the solutioning and capture of next generation support services for our customers. The leader will be a strategic thinker and creative business developer who will lead a presales team to deliver against objectives. This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customersâ business, operations and objectives. In this role, you will be responsible to work with the Ericsson customer units to enable value-based sales. The presales leader will act with confident authority to develop business relationships while actively contributing to make our customers successful.
The Opportunity:
The successful candidate will:
- Lead Support & Repair presales across the North America Market Area.
- Create value-based sales propositions with the CU sales teams.
- Lead and develop a stellar sales funnel to generate profitable sales and to develop long term business.
- Ensure successful go-to-market for customer support evolved portfolio.
- Create true value & differentiator argumentation for customer support offering
- Maximize customer unit sales relationships building a trusted partner relationship.
- Be accountable for the consolidated Support & Repair business plan.
- Participate in relevant MANA Domain and GCU governance processes.

- Outstanding leadership and change management skills.
- Ability to foster and maintain strong executive relationships, both external & internal.
- Able to negotiate and close complex multi domain deals.
- Hands on leadership with the ability to dig into the details of each opportunity.
- Demonstrated track record of success, including ability to pivot and problem solve during a complex, enterprise sales process
- A strong sense of teamwork and collaborative style.
- Ability to create innovative financial and technical service solutions benefitting both customer & Ericsson.
- Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- A strong sense of perseverance and open minded, with a passion to win.
Additional Requirements:
- A bachelor or masterâs degree in Business Administration, or a similar degree.
- Ability to travel up to 25% per month.
- 10+ years of experience in relationship sales within the ICT industry.
