Minimum qualifications:
- 13 years of experience in Solutions activation or field sales role selling outcomes.
- Experience in Sales Enablement to internal and partner sellers.
- Experience creating, maintaining and/or delivering content in a technology area.
- Experience in sales with cloud technologies.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience taking complex business challenges or solutions and presenting them to deliver insights for target audiences.
- Experience working across multiple time zones and travelling to support your team.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and often ambiguous environment.
- Understanding of all elements of successful execution and their delivery.

As Head of Enablement of Solutions and Industries, you will partner with internal teams to develop and roll out new methodologies. The Google Cloud organization aims to ensure that Google Cloud sellers are proficient in positioning horizontal and vertical solutions.
You will ensure sellers can speak the language of their customers, be focused on the business outcomes of the customer base and will have the highest priority at Executive levels. You will staff and manage a team of solution and industry Enablement experts and support Google Cloud’s drive for excellent business performance.

Responsibilities
- Develop and roll out new methodologies while ensuring the solution catalogue continues to meet market needs through communication with sellers and partners.
- Be fully accountable for Enablement assets and delivery of solutions through transforming existing Solution assets to Enablement, building supporting assets and validating assets.
- Understand seller Enablement needs and track completion of Enablement while ensuring desired business outcomes.
- Lead the development of curriculum for in-person, e-learning and other assets for solutions and industries.
