social media (paid/organic), onsite (content, digital ads, targeted and personalized messages), push messaging (e-mail, OBTM,
mail, SMS, notifications, etc.), offline media (TV/Radio, etc.), and digital media strategies including content for TD digital
properties
Responsible to ensure the team is leveraging TD’s best practices for measurement, targeting/personalization and testing/optimization and that these methods are utilized to deliver maximum ROI
Owns the digital marketing strategy development and execution across LOBs and Customer Marketing
Provides input into LOBs and Customer Marketing business strategy and planning functions

Qualifications
10+ years in Digital Marketing, with proven execution, delivery, optimization and performance of all digital marketing programs

Demonstrated ability to lead the delivery and optimization of all digital customer communications, nurturing the customer
through a unique and personalized journey at every interaction across paid, owned and earned digital marketing channels
Ability to ensure all go-to-market programs in each digital marketing channel are leveraging best practices
In-depth knowledge of Digital marketing strategies and a demonstrated ability to apply them
Demonstrated business acumen – understanding business from the ground-up and the key levers that will deliver superior
results
History of making an impact, developing and executing on strategies and delivering superior results in both the short and long
term
Proven leadership – both the ability to effectively work in teams across an organization with multiple stakeholders and to
influence and align others
Management experience at a senior level
Excellent project and vendor management skills with proven ability to lead engagement with agencies, vendors and key internal
partners to deliver best-in-class digital marketing programs
