General Manager Job Description

-Minimum of 40 hours per week

-Be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably

-Be able to stay on feet for 8+ hour shifts

-Ensure safety of customers and staff alike

-Maintain presentation standards of facility

-Manage customer bookings

-Train staff, Axe Masters and Receptionists

-Observe Axe masters as they coach to provide pointers and constructive criticism

-Create and Maintain schedule

-Process Bi weekly payroll

-Order Lumber, merchandise

– Delegate Home Depot purchases

-Assure Social Media content

-Cash Control

-Network with the community and local businesses to build symbiotic relationships

Salary: $42,000.00 /year

Salary: $39,000.00 to $43,000.00 /year

Experience:

• relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management: 1 year (Preferred)
