The Executive Assistant to the President /CEO provides administrative support for the President/CEO anticipating, initiating, coordinating and following up on administrative activities and other special projects. This position has access to and regularly works with information of the most sensitive, highly confidential, strategic and critical nature, and will represent the Office of the President/CEO to board members, the public, and internal and external senior leaders.

The Executive Assistant maintains the executive calendar, coordinates meetings, and coordinates all travel details. This position represents the President/CEO in all situations and holds themselves to the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and confidence. Must have a thorough knowledge of MS Office and most current technology, which allows you to support the President/CEO in the most innovative ways possible. Provide ongoing support by attending meetings, taking notes, following up on requests and responding on behalf of the President/CEO. Manage travel, schedule, and other logistics. Assist in special projects under the direction of the President/CEO.
