As Enterprise Sales Vice President, the individual will be a high energy sales leader that is results driven, enjoys aggressively exceeding sales targets and excels at building and developing high performing teams.

- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Managers on a targeted account list within their territory and develop strategies for account penetration and sales campaigns.
- Lead one-on-one sessions with team members to review funnel, discuss top opportunities, and action plans. Lead the effort for holistic pipeline management across services, sales, and partner stakeholders.
- Maintain a list of qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and work with partners for referrals.
- Lead regular sales meetings to cover top wins, opportunities, uncover sales obstacles, share sales information (e.g., promotions, updates, training schedules), and discuss any concerns from the team.
- Recognize top wins routinely and top performers at least bi-annually.
- Lead annual performance reviews. Handle personnel issues on an as needed basis. Document serious incidents and/or subsequent offenses. Help under-performers to meet performance expectations.
- Work with Training and other sales leaders to ensure successful completion of all training classes required for direct reports and managers.
- Create and maintain strong management and executive relationships with our manufacturers and clients, including issue resolution.
- Work with Partner Development and Account Managers to create client demand generation events, suggest topics, logistics and goals, actively participate in the event and drive attendance. Actively participate in Sales Management Meetings to present materials deemed appropriate by executive management.

Qualifications
- REQUIRED
- Bachelorâs Degree required
- Sales Management training required
- Sales Management experience required
- Proven sales leadership required with experience in Enterprise sales
- Ability to drive complex execution to achieve an evolving business strategy required
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Must be able to sit for long periods and use computer keyboard and/or mouse while viewing computer screen. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Occasional overnight travel will be required.
