An opportunity has arisen within P&K Health & Social Care Partnership for a Programme Manager or an individual with a technology background to lead on the redesign and development of our Digital Technology Enabled Care Programme within Perth & Kinross. This will involve developing productive partnerships and multi agency working across various agencies and localities including GP Practices. In Perth & Kinross the postholder will be responsible for the implementation, development and evaluation of the Digital Technology Enabled Care Programme working closely with services, managers and teams to improve uptake in technology enabled care and new use of technology within practice. The postholder will work in partnership with key stakeholders to develop, plan and implement programme of care in relation to Digital Technology Enabled Care and to support development of a future strategic direction and lead initiatives being undertaken by the Health & Social Care Partnership.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed person who is able to work autonomously. Good communication skills are essential as is experience in project management and successfully implementing change in large organisations. Knowledge of Digital and Technology Enabled Care is essential.
You will be educated to, or working towards a Masters level or equivalent experience and have a Project management qualification e.g. Prince 2 or equivalent.
