Temp to hire position
- Oversee day-to-day operations and accountability for customer service and warehouse support
- Help define the workflow and methods that keep our customer service team running smoothly and effectively
- Develop KPIâs and performance metrics
- Evaluate customer problems and identify trends and issues
- Generate ideas and process improvements to share with other teams
Requirements
- Experience of 5 years of customer service work as a manager or above
?Bachelor preferred
?Manufacturing experience preferred
?Experience with ERP systems
